These terms cover your use of outdooroasis.shop and any purchase you make from OutdoorOasis. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you buy, and do not use the site if you disagree with anything here.

Who can order. You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.

Product information. We describe dimensions, materials, seating capacity and box contents as accurately as we can, and we correct mistakes when we spot them. Even so, listings can contain errors, and screen colours vary from one monitor to the next, so a cushion shade may read slightly differently in person. Photographs are illustrative and may show styling items that are not part of the set.

Prices. All prices appear in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless the page says otherwise. Tax is calculated at checkout according to your delivery address. We can change prices at any time, and a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

How an order is formed. Your checkout is an offer to buy. Our automatic confirmation email tells you we received it, but the contract only begins when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline the order, limit quantities, or cancel it if stock, freight access or payment verification cause a problem. Money taken on a cancelled order goes back to you in full.

Payment. Payment is due in full at checkout through the providers offered on the site. By paying you confirm the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

Assembly and safe use. Most items arrive flat packed and need assembly. Follow the instructions supplied, use the hardware in the box and do not modify the frames. Propane fire pit tables must be used outdoors, kept clear of walls, canopies and overhangs, and operated according to the manufacturer sheet and any local rules that apply where you live. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification or unsafe use.

Our content. Text, photography, layout and graphics on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy or republish them commercially without our written consent.

Fair use of the site. Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders or submit false details.

Liability. Except where our warranty says otherwise, goods and the site are supplied as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, OutdoorOasis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and any dispute belongs before the courts of Oklahoma.

Changes. We may revise these terms. Continuing to use the site after a revision appears means you accept it.
